The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for:

Deliver projects from brief through to construction, ensuring alignment with programme milestones and client expectations.
Manage quality systems and ensure service excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Support senior leaders and project teams with timely, accurate task delivery and coordination.
Oversee project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure financial integrity.
Lead consultant and design teams collaboratively to meet strategic KPIs and project outcomes.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the long-term development of the business unit.
Promote a culture of safety and well-being, applying Mace’s HSW framework and local regulations across all project activities.

You'll need to have:

Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
Proven experience delivering real estate projects with strong stakeholder and team leadership.
Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability across project life cycles.
Understanding of sustainability and carbon considerations in modern construction delivery.
