Project Manager

Maintenance in fire safety experience with aware of fire safety maintenance procedures

tracking budgets and expenses and performing inspections on different facilities to find problems and make repairs.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, including sales representatives, technicians, and administrative staff.

Manage the budget, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Serve as the Company representative when dealing with various owners, general contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, vendors and internal customers.
• Clearly articulate data, concepts and directions, both orally and in writing to all customers in a timely and organized fashion.
• Incorporate the contracted scope of work into a final product, meeting all quality criteria as established by the contract documents and management, at the lowest reasonable delivered cost.
• Manages and serves as the Team Leader for all projects assigned by management. Coordinates the efforts of all Team Members in respect to the requirements of the project and management to achieve all goals established for the project.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Administrate and responsibility for the Company's performance on the project including the following duties and responsibilities: Contract Management; Profit and Cash Flow Management - Project Startup and Project Closeout; Performance Management; Labor Management and; develop scope of work, utilizing the corporate approved list of vendors/suppliers and subcontractors. Meets the contractually required goals and requirements.

REQUIREDD QUALIFICATION:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
• 8 or more years' field and project Manager.
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
