CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER

we need civil engineer to work as project manager, the applicant should have more than 10 years experience in construction field in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide the project team to ensure high performance and development.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with the project specifications.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Track project costs to ensure alignment with the budget and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and successful project outcomes.
• Ensure all aspects of the project adhere to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications:

• the candidate should hold bachelor degree in civil engineering.
• Candidate must have atleast 8 years UAE experience as a Project Manager.
