Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help coordinate earthwork and utility projects within our company. This role requires effective communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery of outcomes.
Duties
- Oversee entire projects from initiation to closure.
- Full involvement with estimating and assessments.
- Facilitate communication with general contractors and other customers while defining project scopes and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline contractor scope, scheduling, resources, and budgetary considerations.
- Implement management strategies to effectively transitions projects and minimize disruptions.
- Utilize project management for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.
- Compile submittal data for job start up process and approvals.
- Order and schedule material deliveries for projects while managing vendor relationships.
- Create and submit change order request as needed throughout projects.
- Facilitate meetings with contractors, municipalities and inspectors while communicating updates, gathering feedback, and resolving conflicts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of project management.
- Demonstrated experience with ability to assist site supervisors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Experience with estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with estimating tools such as AGTEK is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
