As we expand, we’re looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of client-facing projects, ensure smooth collaboration, and drive successful delivery.

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects spanning MERN stack development, AI/ML initiatives, Shopify storefronts, and Salesforce implementations. You will act as the primary bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. All project control and governance will remain under the Project Management Department, ensuring consistency, accountability, and quality across engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across MERN, AI, Shopify, and Salesforce.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, designers, and QA teams (both in-house and remote).
• Develop and maintain project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure project control and governance remain with the Project Management Department, driving standardization and accountability.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure technical deliverables, AI integrations, Shopify workflows, and Salesforce configurations align with business requirements.
• Track KPIs and provide transparent reporting to leadership and clients.
• Foster effective collaboration via Slack, Jira, and other communication tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured against:

• On-Time Delivery: % of projects delivered within agreed timelines.
• Budget Adherence: Variance between planned vs. actual project costs.
• Client Satisfaction: Feedback scores and client retention rates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5+ years of proven experience managing IT/software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of MERN stack, AI/ML workflows, Shopify, and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience with project budgeting, cost control, and financial accountability.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client expectations under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
