Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage construction projects across various stages, from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate must have proven Qatar experience in handling large-scale civil projects, with strong leadership, coordination, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring to closure.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is progressing as per project plan and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project budget, schedule, and resources; implement corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high performance and meet deadlines.
• Manage contractual obligations, change orders, and risk mitigation plans.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction, in Qatar.
• Proven experience in managing infrastructure, building, or mixed-use development projects.
• Strong understanding of local construction codes, labor laws, and regulatory procedures.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must be currently in Qatar with valid QID and NOC (preferred).
