WSP is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects, with strong consultant-side experience and a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle-from planning through to handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large-scale high-rise building projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Lead internal and external project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Monitor project milestones and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
• Drive project performance and client satisfaction in line with WSP's standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of total experience, with significant experience managing high-rise building projects.
• Strong consultant-side experience is essential.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
