Project Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of all Project related aspects of construction projects. This includes overseeing Civil, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the project design review, coordination, and execution process.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and manpower schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.

Team & Subcontractor Management

  • Supervise the engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor subcontractor progress and performance.
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Technical Oversight

  • Review and approve drawings and material submittals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site technical issues.
  • Ensure integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems with civil and architectural works.

Procurement & Resource Management

  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and tools.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines.

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Supervise testing and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure all systems are fully operational before handover.
  • Prepare final documentation and reports for client approval.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Implement and enforce site safety measures for the work.
  • Liaise with government authorities for inspections and approvals.

Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on project status, progress, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in project management
  • Strong knowledge of systems design, installation, and commissioning
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software
  • Familiar with local building codes and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Project Management: 7 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE Driving License (Preferred)
