Senior Project Manager

Fintecia is a rapidly growing financial technology company offering a next-generation core banking platform , along with complementary digital modules tailored for participation banking, consumer finance, and end-to-end financial services. Our modular and scalable solutions empower financial institutions to drive digital transformation with agility, compliance, and innovation.

As we take on new mission-critical programs with high strategic impact, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the full project lifecycle of our large-scale banking and fintech implementations.

Location: Istanbul (Hybrid work model)

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in software/digital Project Management
• Hands-on experience in banking projects – participation banking experience is a strong plus
• Proven track record in delivering web and mobile application projects
• Experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Full lifecycle ownership from proposal to delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, risk, and change management
• Comfortable in client-facing roles , capable of providing business-level insights
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and flowcharting tools
• Ability to generate and deliver structured status reports (weekly/bi-weekly), both internally and to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• PMP certification or similar credentials (preferred)
• Background in technology consulting is a plus
