Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of learning solutions projects—including eLearning, instructor-led training, digital content, and multimedia learning assets. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring learning programs are delivered to scope, schedule, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, well-versed in L&D workflows, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities : We are looking for someone who can:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of learning and content development projects across various modalities (eLearning, videos, instructor-led training, blended learning, etc.)

• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders

• Manage cross-functional teams including instructional designers, content creators, graphic designers, and media specialists

• Coordinate client and internal communications to align on requirements, milestones, and expectations

• Own all operational aspects of the project along with deliverables

• Track project progress using project management tools, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure timely quality reviews, feedback loops, and final Project Reports

• Drive consistency in processes, documentation, version control, and project governance

• Deliver regular status updates and project reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders

• Champion quality and learner-centric outcomes throughout the project lifecycle

• Support retrospectives and process improvements to strengthen future delivery.

Skills :

• Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones

• Familiarity with SCORM and multimedia content formats

• Understanding processes in learning solutions

• Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems with a solution-first approach

• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities without compromising on quality

• Provide guidance and support to other members of the team

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Work independently and as part of a team • Able to streamline organized as well as unorganized projects Qualification:

• Graduate in Project Management, Education, Communication, or related field

• 5-8 years of experience managing learning and content development projects

• Proven success in managing multiple projects in parallel within L&D or EdTech environments • Strong understanding of instructional design workflows, LMS ecosystems, and content production processes

• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Smartsheet

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

• PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is an added advantage
