Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of major MEP and Fit-Out projects within UAE.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans, detailing schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies specific to Abu Dhabi's project lifecycle.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of all technical documents for approval by Abu Dhabi-based consultants and authorities .
• Manage the procurement process, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local sourcing requirements.

Technical Leadership & Abu Dhabi Compliance:

• Provide strong technical guidance on all MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS) and interior fit-out works.
• Ensure all site activities strictly comply with Abu Dhabi's building codes, regulations, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) mandates.
• Resolve complex technical issues on-site, with a clear understanding of local authority requirements and approval processes.
• Conduct thorough reviews of MEP and architectural drawings to identify and resolve clashes, ensuring compliance with Abu Dhabi standards.

Stakeholder and Authority Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, Abu Dhabi-based consultants, main contractors, and local authorities.
• Lead regular progress meetings with all stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations effectively.

Financial Management:

• Prepare, manage, and control the project budget to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Review and approve project variations, interim payment certificates, and subcontractor invoices.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.

Team Leadership & HSE:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, site supervisors, and quantity surveyors.
• Champion a culture of safety onsite, enforcing the company's HSE policy and Abu Dhabi's stringent EHSMS regulations to achieve zero accidents.
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory HSE regulations specific to Abu Dhabi.

Quality & Handover:

• Implement a robust QA/QC program to ensure the highest quality of workmanship, aligned with project specifications and Abu Dhabi's quality standards.
• Manage the snagging, testing, and commissioning processes, and lead the successful project handover to the client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
