What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily job site operations & painter schedules
• Solve problems before they become problems
• Keep customers informed & happy
• Coordinate with crews, sales, and vendors to keep projects on track
• Maintain quality control and hit budget targets

• Thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments
• Great communicator who can manage multiple moving parts
• Proactive leader who takes ownership, not just orders
• Experience in project or construction management preferred
• Reliable transportation (bilingual a plus)
