Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and progress reports; ensure adherence to cost and timelines.
• Lead and supervise the site team, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance.
• Oversee quality control, safety measures, and statutory compliance on-site.
• Resolve technical/site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders for project approvals and smooth operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in handling infrastructure/building projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors simultaneously.

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years and up to 15 years of experience in managing civil/infrastructure projects.
• Willingness to relocate and work at Katra site location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
