Project Manager

e are seeking a highly organized and experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, timelines, subcontractors, quality control, and budgets to ensure the delivery of high-quality commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize fit-out projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and work plans.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage procurement, materials, and logistics for the project site.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards.
• Resolve any site issues or delays proactively and professionally.
• Control project costs and ensure timely delivery of invoices and documentation.
• Lead and manage the performance of subcontractors and site teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum [3-4] years of proven experience in fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, methods, and finishing works.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, AutoCAD, and project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be willing to travel to various project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
