Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage communication between technical teams, business users, and external partners.
• Ensure all documentation, testing, and post-implementation reviews are completed accurately.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture focused on delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate or technology environment.
• Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, infrastructure, and software deployment processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing enterprise software, digital transformation, or cloud-based projects.
• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT).
• Exposure to cybersecurity or data analytics projects is an advantage.
