About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and technically strong Project Manager with a solid background in events, exhibitions, and large-scale fabrication. You’ll handle complete project delivery — from technical drawings to on-site execution — ensuring top-notch quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full project lifecycle — from design coordination to build and dismantling.

Interpret technical & structural drawings; verify materials and specifications.

Oversee multiple departments: carpentry, metal, paint, rigging, AV, graphics.

Supervise vendors and ensure build quality & safety compliance.

Plan workflows, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and manage timelines.

Control costs, monitor progress, and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in exhibitions, events, or fabrication projects.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Hands-on experience with joinery, rigging, AV, and large-scale builds.

Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.

Flexible for GCC/MENA travel; Arabic preferred (not mandatory).

Comfortable with extended work hours during event builds.
