Overview:

CORT is hiring a remote, full-time Project Manager to work within our Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a PMO Project Manager, you will support the successful execution of organizational projects by providing structured oversight, data analysis, and process improvement. You’ll standardize project management practices, optimize resource allocation, and track key performance indicators to ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget. This role drives operational efficiency, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, and supports risk management, compliance, and strategic goals across the business.


This is a remote position performed from the convenience of your home office #LI-Remote.

Salary: $70,000-$100,000 / year depending on experience.

The majority of our team operates in the Eastern time zone. If located in another timezone, you must be willing to flex your hours to accomodate meetings that may occur in the morning EST.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project intake workflows, ensuring new initiatives are properly evaluated and prioritized.
  • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
  • Facilitate process improvements and support enterprise risk and continuity planning.
  • Coordinate secure system access for stakeholders, supporting compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and lead meetings to align teams and advance project objectives.
  • Process project requests submitted via CORT’s Help Desk.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading project teams or cross-functional groups.
  • Project Management or equivalent experience preferred.
  • PMI (Project Management), Change Management (ACMP), or related certifications preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools and technologically savvy; experience with project management software and data analysis tools is preferred.
