Elegant Qubes Decoration LLC is a dynamic and growing interior design and fit-out company known for delivering creative, high-quality decoration solutions. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team and oversee project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage interior design and architectural projects, overseeing all phases from

initial concept to final execution.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resource

allocations, and key performance indicators.

  • Ensure successful project completion by proactively addressing challenges and

optimizing workflow efficiency.

Stakeholder & Client Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and design teams, ensuring

clear communication and alignment on project goals.

  • Gather project requirements and translate them into actionable design and execution

strategies.

  • Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders, facilitating smooth collaboration

throughout the project lifecycle.

Budget & Cost Management

  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking all expenditures to ensure cost control.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining design integrity and quality.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to budget constraints.

Design & Quality Control

  • Oversee the design process to ensure alignment with client requirements, industry

standards, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Collaborate with designers to refine concepts and produce detailed drawings and

specifications.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, ensuring adherence to design

specifications and construction standards.

Logistics & Procurement

  • Manage the procurement of materials and resources required for interior design and

architectural projects.

  • Ensure the timely delivery and installation of materials to prevent project delays.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to maintain workflow efficiency and quality

assurance.

Monitoring, Reporting & Evaluation

  • Track project progress using project management tools, ensuring adherence to

milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.

  • Adjust project plans and schedules as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, gathering client feedback to assess success and

identify areas for improvement.

Industry Trends & Professional Development

  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in

interior design and architecture.

  • Attend industry workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance expertise and

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management within the interior design or fit-out industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be available to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
