Project Manager

Manage major and significant customer orders and projects in efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all orders and projects are delivered according to received orders specifications, feasibilities, customer Purchase Orders. Such delivery must be done efficiently, ensuing customer satisfaction, and in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities

• To fully understand the scope of customer orders and projects for each order and project inline with received system order, feasibility and customer PO as needed.
• To list and align all tasks required for the service delivery of each major project and customer order
• To open and maintain strong communication with customer, ensuring the projects delivery according to customer requirements and timelines.
• To coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders for completion of tasks related to major projects and service delivery of the orders.
• Maintain healthy and strong communication channels and working relationship with internal stakeholders and departments, to ensure efficient service delivery and projects completion.
• Make projects Plans using MS Projects and other tools as needed, and be expert in using such tools.
• Work as a cooperative and competitive team member in CPMO, supporting other team members in an environment conducive for successful projects delivery as per business needs.
• Maintain and keep all records of in process and delivering projects and orders as per business requirements.
• Ensure taking required actions even after projects and order delivery completion, as needed.
• Be efficient in using the systems, that Salam is using for order processing and service delivery, as per business requirements.
• Be very efficient and effective in verbal and written communication to ensure projects success.

Required experience

1. Bachelors or master's degree in Electronics/Telecom/Computer Engineering/Business or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of telecom technologies (wireless & wireline) especially in data services.
