Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee solar rooftop and ground-mounted projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and materials.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly project reports and handle documentation.
• Resolve site-related issues and support smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in solar EPC projects (rooftop & ground-mounted).
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,637.02 - ₹40,754.53 per month
