Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with proven experience in hospitality venue development to lead the design, construction, licensing, and launch of a new premium hospitality concept.
This role requires strong project management expertise, hands-on involvement in construction and fit-out, and the ability to oversee all pre-opening and post-opening phases to ensure successful delivery and ongoing operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Opening / Project Management Phase
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end setup of the project, including design coordination, construction oversight, procurement, recruitment, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution aligned with brand and design standards.
- Manage government approvals and licensing, including permits, trade licenses, health & safety certifications, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring efficient delivery and cost control.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality, design intent, and safety standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders — including landlords, consultants, and government authorities — throughout the project lifecycle.
Post-Opening / Operational Transition
- Oversee the handover process from construction to operations, ensuring all systems, procedures, and facilities are fully functional.
- Implement operational structures and SOPs for smooth day-to-day management.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of operational staff to meet service and performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operational aspects.
- Support senior management with vendor management, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or Hospitality Management (or related field).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing hospitality, F&B, or commercial projects, including fit-out and pre-opening phases.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, design coordination, and regulatory processes in the UAE.
- Proven track record with government licensing and compliance documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English; Russian language proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.

- Salary: From AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
