The Project Manager at TSS Advertising is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves managing a team to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.Ensure quality standards are maintained and optimizing the process to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Implement the company’s project plans , schedules and operation strategy, and achieve the company’s annual production goals.

● Identify coast saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.

● Coordinate project activities and ensure that all project phases are documented appropriately.

Qualification and Experience

● Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

● At least 3 – 6 years of Project Coordinator or similar role

● Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

● Organize and participate project meetings,.

● Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

● Proper allocation and management of project resources to optimize effective result.

● Identify potential project risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

● Monitor project risks and escalate issues to higher level as needed.

● Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures.

● Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

● Follow up on production and manage onsite activities.

● Assist the sales team in project coordination and handling clients on site for multiple projects and venues.

● Handle the installation team on site and communicate with operations for plans and updates.

● Conduct site audits and implement corrective actions to address any concerns.

Qualification and Experience

● Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

● At least 3-6 years of Project Manager/ Coordinator or similar role
