PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure clear communication across all project phases.

Qualification: Civil Engineer with minimum of 15 years experience in UAE

Preferred people staying in western Region -Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Initiation:
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify key stakeholders and establish effective communication plans.
• Execution & Team Management:
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve issues proactively to minimize project impact.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations as needed.
• Quality & Performance:
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Conduct project evaluations and implement lessons learned for process improvement.
