Project Manager

Key responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily production, monitor and regulate temperature, pressure, and energy output, and ensure the 24/7 smooth functioning of the plant.
• Maintenance and Compliance: Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, manage repairs, and ensure strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and operational procedures and legal requirements.
• Quality and Efficiency: Develop and execute strategies to improve yield, optimize manpower and machinery utilization, and meet production and quality targets.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for efficient operations, manage budgets, and make strategic decisions to solve complex problems and achieve profitability goals like EBITDA.
• Team and Resource Management: Lead and manage plant staff, and oversee the purchasing of fuel and spares.
• Reporting and Stakeholder Interaction: Prepare performance reports for senior management and interact with customers and vendors.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
