Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Job Description:

Fusion Touch Technical Interiors L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction while maintaining project budgets and compliance with local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and project scopes before mobilization.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, developers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise site teams and ensure work quality and progress meet approved timelines.
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, and other authority standards.
• Oversee procurement scheduling and material approvals.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure strict implementation of HSE standards on site.
• Manage snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior or related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of authority approval processes (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing retail, office, or F&B fit-out projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• UAE driving license preferred.
