We are looking for a strong and energetic Technical Program Manager who can lead and ensure the successful execution of AI/ML projects, from concept to deployment, while managing teams, timelines, and client expectations.

Role Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects — managing a team of engineers, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality deployments. You will also act as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring clear communication, progress tracking, and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple AI/ML product implementation projects, managing multiple teams of 2–4 AI Engineers.
• Oversee the full AI/ML deployment lifecycle, including discovery, data preparation, model training, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
• Conduct design and discovery workshops with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable technical goals.
• Manage communication and reporting for all stakeholders — leadership, technical teams, and clients.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings, document decisions, and ensure accountability on action items.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to resolve issues and optimize deployment performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory understanding of end-to-end AI/ML development and deployment pipelines (data collection, preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a tech or AI-focused startup environment.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing client communications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills — ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously with attention to quality and timelines.
• Ability to think on your feet and manage client expectations in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Understanding of Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support or client delivery environment when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related domain.
• Exposure to AI, ML, or Data Science technologies and frameworks.
• Prior experience in client-facing implementation or consulting roles.
• Prior exposure to Contact Center AI solutions, Cloud AI deployments, or data-centric product implementations will be considered an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹520,410.54 - ₹1,039,446.11 per year
