About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead and oversee Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Odoo modules, excellent project coordination skills, and a proven track record of managing ERP projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle for Odoo ERP implementations.
  • Coordinate with clients, developers, and functional consultants.
  • Define scope, deliverables, and timelines for projects.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle risk management, issue resolution, and project reporting.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Management.
  • 3–7 years of experience managing Odoo or ERP projects.
  • Strong understanding of Odoo workflows and modules.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred.
  • Mandatory Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Odoo Project Management Certification.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
