Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of interior fit-out projects.
- Review project scope, design drawings, and BOQs before execution.
- Develop and monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
2. Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and consultants.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, MEP, and site execution teams.
- Conduct regular site meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
3. Financial & Resource Management
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and progress billing.
- Track project expenses and control cost overruns.
- Manage manpower allocation and resource planning efficiently.
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Conduct quality checks during different project stages.
- Implement corrective actions where necessary to maintain project standards.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.
- Maintain proper documentation of approvals, drawings, and site records.
- Oversee project close-out, snag list rectification, and handover documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in managing interior fit-out projects (corporate, retail).
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
- PMP certification or formal project management training will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
