Project Manager

Core responsibilities

• Plant operations: Supervise all plant operations, ensure 24-hour smooth functioning, and monitor key parameters like pressure and temperature.
• Production and efficiency: Achieve production, quality, and delivery targets by developing and executing strategic plans; monitor and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Safety and compliance: Establish and enforce safety, training, and emergency response policies. Ensure compliance with local and international standards, legal requirements, and quality protocols.
• Maintenance: Manage all maintenance schedules, oversee equipment like heat exchangers and cooling towers, and coordinate repair work for machinery and infrastructure.
• Financial and procurement: Manage the plant's budget, oversee the purchasing of spares and fuel, and control costs.
• Staff management: Lead, motivate, and develop plant staff, addressing issues and grievances to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Continuous improvement: Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and methodologies to enhance overall performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
