Job Title: Project Manager – Data Projects

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience leading data warehouse, business intelligence, or similar data-focused projects . The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a solid track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of data warehouse, data analytics, or data platform projects .
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, and development teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Conduct project status meetings, provide detailed progress reports, and ensure alignment with SLAs.
• Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Build, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.
• Oversee scrum and agile ceremonies when applicable (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Work collaboratively to maintain balance between business priorities and technical feasibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing data warehouses, BI, or similar data-heavy projects .
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Skilled in the use of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ClickUp).
• Experience working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and managing multiple initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ; ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong ability to organize, plan, and manage tasks methodically.
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to foster team collaboration.
• Strong understanding of SCRUM and Agile methodologies .
• Hands-on experience with scrum boards / tools such as Jira .
• Experience with DWH & BI tools (e.g., SQL Server, Power BI, Snowflake, Informatica) is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in enterprise-level tech environments or complex data transformation programs.
• Background working with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
