We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to handle interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project planning, client coordination, site supervision, technical reviews, procurement follow-up, and overall project delivery. This role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on site experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Conduct project meetings and ensure timely approvals on drawings, materials, and variations.
- Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as required.
Site Execution & Supervision
- Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and manpower to ensure productivity and quality.
- Verify site measurements, layout marking, and resolve technical/site issues.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Technical Review & Documentation
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with design teams for clarifications on discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: daily reports, IRs, method statements, and site logs.
- Assist in handover documentation including warranties and test reports.
Material Management & Procurement
- Prepare material requisitions and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
- Inspect and verify delivered materials for quality and compliance.
- Track material usage and support cost control measures.
Quality Control
- Ensure all interior fit-out works meet the required standards, including partitions, joinery, ceilings, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination.
- Identify defects and follow up on rectifications promptly.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary contact for clients during execution.
- Provide updates through progress reports and meetings.
- Manage expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD proficiency required).
- Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- UAE driving license preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DM, DCD, DDA, etc.).
- Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera (optional).
- Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities.
