  • Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to handle interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing project planning, client coordination, site supervision, technical reviews, procurement follow-up, and overall project delivery. This role demands strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on site experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct project meetings and ensure timely approvals on drawings, materials, and variations.
  • Monitor project milestones and adjust schedules as required.

Site Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and manpower to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Verify site measurements, layout marking, and resolve technical/site issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Technical Review & Documentation

  • Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
  • Coordinate with design teams for clarifications on discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: daily reports, IRs, method statements, and site logs.
  • Assist in handover documentation including warranties and test reports.

Material Management & Procurement

  • Prepare material requisitions and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Inspect and verify delivered materials for quality and compliance.
  • Track material usage and support cost control measures.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all interior fit-out works meet the required standards, including partitions, joinery, ceilings, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination.
  • Identify defects and follow up on rectifications promptly.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a primary contact for clients during execution.
  • Provide updates through progress reports and meetings.
  • Manage expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery works, and MEP coordination.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD proficiency required).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DM, DCD, DDA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera (optional).
  • Strong problem-solving and site coordination abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
