Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee client projects, ensure smooth communication, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities, experience handling multiple projects remotely, and the confidence to work directly with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project ownership from planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, QA, etc.) to ensure timely execution.
• Communicate with clients regularly to understand requirements, share updates, clarify expectations, and manage revisions.
• Create project timelines, schedules, and task breakdowns using project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira).
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with the client’s vision.
• Identify project risks and propose solutions to avoid delays.
• Manage project documentation, including briefs, reports, and meeting notes.
• Track project KPIs, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate team stand-ups, review meetings, and sprint planning where needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably on international projects.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of SDLC, agile methodology, or digital production processes.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in IT, Software Development, Marketing, or Design projects.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification (optional but a plus).
