Project Manager

The Manager – Revenue & Business Operations Activation will be responsible for driving revenue growth by optimizing, activating, and managing all business functions within the Company premises. This role requires a strategic leader who can align departmental objectives, identify new revenue opportunities, and ensure efficient operation across business, training, and support units.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue-focused strategies across all departments and business units.
• Lead the activation and operational readiness of the entire building, ensuring seamless business functionality.
• Identify, establish, and grow new business opportunities, partnerships, and income streams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Technical Training, Marketing, and Finance teams to align efforts toward profitability.
• Oversee facility operations and ensure all departments contribute effectively to institutional revenue goals.
• Prepare and present periodic revenue reports, forecasts, and business performance analyses.
• Drive a culture of accountability, efficiency, and commercial innovation across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development, operations management, or revenue leadership.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing multi-departmental operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Experience in the education, technical training, or services sector will be an added advantage.
