The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the complete operations of all sales divisions including Export, Dealer, Online, Corporate, and Retail. This role ensures that each department runs smoothly, meets its targets, and aligns with the overall company strategy. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, strategic direction, and continuous support to all sales teams to achieve both employee-level and company-wide goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership & Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all sales channels: Export, Dealer, Online, Corporate, and Retail.
  • Set clear sales targets for each department and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Conduct regular meetings with departmental heads to discuss progress, challenges, and plans.

2. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to increase revenue across all channels.
  • Identify new market opportunities, business growth areas, and potential partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to guide decision-making.

3. Team Support & Guidance

  • Provide continuous guidance, mentoring, and motivation to all sales teams.
  • Assist team members in achieving individual KPIs and departmental goals.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

4. Coordination & Communication

  • Ensure smooth communication between departments for order flow, marketing campaigns, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with production, finance, and logistics teams to support timely operations.
  • Communicate reports, forecasts, and updates to top management.

5. Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Oversee lead generation, customer acquisition, and key account management processes.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and CRM systems are maintained accurately.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.

6. Marketing Oversight

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales goals.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and brand visibility.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all sales channels.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
