The Sales Admin is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales department. The role ensures efficient sales processes by managing order documentation, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining records, preparing reports, and delivering timely support to the sales team and customers. This position plays a key role in enhancing workflow, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales documentation process including quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, price lists, and sales databases.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and generate MIS reports for management review.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor stock availability, pending orders, and delivery timelines to avoid delays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Assist in scheduling sales meetings, preparing agendas, and sharing minutes.
  • Support the implementation of CRM/ERP systems for data entry, reporting, and process automation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or administrative roles.
  • Strong command of written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
