We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, Territory Sales Manager responsible for Implementing effective territorial marketing strategies. Meeting customers to settle concerns/disputes. Assessing sales performance. Coming up with effective sales methods. Submitting reports to line Manager in a timely manner. Discovering new sales opportunities. Responsible to deliver overall value/Volume Targets coupled with fundamentals against assigned objectives


What we ask

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration BBA/MBA

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales & distribution with some Reputed FMCG

  • Experience of Kashmir will be preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

  • Strong analytical skill, Handle critical situation of Market/Sales

  • Sound understanding of Retailer Operations.

  • Business Potentials Assessment

Vacancy description
  • Achievement of Territory volume/value targets while maintaining the portfolio’s availability plan and business partner’s ROIs. Create an on-field impact through driving distribution KPIs such as outlet productivity, call productivity and drop size.
  • Achievement of employee Engagement Index Score
  • Responsible to manage huge capital-intensive distribution and business ROIs.
  • Estimate outlets’ potential for placement of company assets.
  • Responsible for proper tracking and recovery of the assets from the trade.
  • Provide on-the-job training to sales team.
  • Monitor and report key business indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, stock return rate, outlet conversion rate etc. on regular basis.
  • Handling of different distribution channels like trade, key-accounts.
  • Track and report movements of other products in the category.(MIR)
  • Monitor competitor’s activity and report to superior through daily activity report.
  • Conduct retail audit and update outlet data regularly.
  • To lead field Area sales operations team in order to achieve yearly sales targets by delivering on distribution & route to market KPIs (while ensuring business partner ROI).
  • Fulfilment of the requirement related to environmental safety, food safety and occupational health and safety is the primary responsibility of the position, in line of the ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, ISO 22000, DuPont and the International Food Standards applicable at FCEPL.
