Job Responsibilities:

Regional Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Responsible for creating, defining and executing Regional Sales Strategy for region, aligned with overall business strategy of the company.

Regional S&D Target Achievement:

  • 4G/3G Subscriber base: Subscriber base Targets for 4G and 3G of the region on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
  • Enabling Revenue Realization Targets - Subscriber Loading, Primary Issuance, Retail Universe Expansion, Channel Development (BVS Expansion & MFS) and Reduce number of Bronze Level sites.
  • Gross Adds - MBB Gross Addition Targets, MBB Devices Internet SIM Gross Addition Targets, Gross adds Targets
  • Quality Sales - Monthly Active Percentage Targets, Quarterly Survival Rate Percentage Targets.
  • Focus on key enablers and bring improvement in them - Channel Expansion & Channel Health

Trade Visibility:

  • Managing overall sales and BTL activities of the region, set appropriate metrics and sales funnel management.

Regional Inventory Management:

  • Monitoring and ensuring adequate inventory balances are held to deal with the business requirements and protection against stock outs.
  • Ensure availability of monthly regional stock forecast.

Collaboration with Technical Team:

  • Close collaboration with technology team in region for optimum utilization of network resources such as OPEX, Sites Availability, LTE High Utilization & 3G/4G Accessibility.

People Management:

  • Effectively deploying human resources at all appropriate levels in the Region

Policies and Compliance:

  • Ensuring commercial policies are implemented in the region and followed by the regional sales teams.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience:

  • Must have 4 yrs. or Above of relevant Experience
