Job Summary:
The Export Executive will be responsible for managing international sales operations, ensuring smooth export processes, and maintaining strong relationships with overseas clients and logistics partners. The role requires coordination across departments to ensure timely shipments, compliance with export regulations, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new international clients and markets.
  • Prepare and process export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams for order fulfillment and timely shipments.
  • Monitor export orders, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain records of export activities and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Support marketing and sales efforts to grow the export business.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in exports, international sales, or logistics.
  • Knowledge of international shipping, documentation, and customs procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management software.
