The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new sales, managing existing accounts, and supporting the company in achieving its revenue targets. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, visits, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Present and promote company products to potential clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Ensure timely support, problem resolution, and after-sales service.

3. Sales Operations

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM / reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing.

4. Market Knowledge

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management for product improvement or new opportunities.

5. Reporting

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track progress against targets and take corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales (fresh candidates may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM is a plus.
