📍 Location: Pakistan. Lahore

Industry: Solar PV / Energy Storage / Power Projects

Reporting to: Country Manager / Project Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage solar PV and/or energy storage projects in Pakistan from project initiation to final handover;
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery;
• Coordinate with customers, EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution;
• Oversee site activities , including installation, commissioning, and grid connection;
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation and corrective actions ;
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to management;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies ;
• Manage project documentation, change management, and acceptance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields ;
• 5+ years of experience in solar PV, energy storage, or power infrastructure project management ;
• Strong knowledge of project execution, construction management, and commissioning processes ;
• Experience working with EPC contractors and utility / C&I customers in Pakistan;
• Good understanding of local regulations, grid requirements, and HSE standards ;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in English (Urdu is a plus);
• Willing to travel frequently to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale or C&I solar projects ;
• PMP or other project management certification is a plus;
• Prior experience in international or multinational companies .
