WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL)

Position: Project Manager – High-Rise Building / Infrastructure Projects
Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining Preferred

The Court Group of Companies, a renowned name in the construction industry with over a decade of experience in high-rise buildings and infrastructure development, is seeking an experienced, self-driven, and dedicated Project Manager (Civil) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, technical coordination, cost control, and site supervision with a commitment to excellence.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/BS) from NED, NUST, or any other reputable institution
• Minimum 20 years of proven experience in high-rise building and infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and deliver projects on time, adhering to approved quality standards and specifications
• Strong understanding of technical lab reports to ensure compliance and quality assurance
• Hands-on experience in Civil & MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works
• Thorough knowledge of engineering drawings, contracts, BBS, BOQs, and all relevant site documentation and procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage execution teams and coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and site staff
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software, including Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Project
