Project Manager

• Develop and implement project goals, production plans & schedules, scopes & workflows to meet project demands.
• Creating long & short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to work deadlines.
• Manage and allocate labor, materials, tools & equipment, and facilities for optimum utilization of the resources, while identifying potential risks, anticipate delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise and coordinate with supply chain, design & engineering, finance, and other departments to align with project requirements.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Maintains company operational standard by implementing productivity, quality and customer-service.
• Documenting projects process using various project management tools and effectively communicating proactively with stakeholders.
