PROJECT MANAGER – OIL & GAS (CIVIL MAINTENANCE)

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Educational Background: Bachelors in Engineering / Technology – CIVIL Preferred

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Oil & Gas (Civil Construction & Maintenance) to lead and deliver large-scale oil & gas project at Ras Laffan, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution in line with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Civil Repair, Refurbishment and Onshore Oil & Gas projects from inception to handover including new construction.
• Coordinate Procurement, and Project teams to deliver projects in compliance with contract, quality, cost, schedule, and HSE requirements.
• Develop and control schedules, execution plans, resource allocation, risk management, quality assurance, and HSE interface plans.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, contract administration, progress reporting, change management, and gate approvals across assigned projects.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary engineering and construction teams, resolving technical issues and ensuring cost-effective, constructible solutions.
• Oversee site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved Method Statement, specifications, industry standards, and applicable codes.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment, ensuring quality control, schedule adherence, and optimal resource utilization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintain risk registers, and resolve variations and contractor claims in line with contract conditions.
• Interface with clients, end users, government authorities, joint ventures, and third-party stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and approvals.

Candidate who are locally available only will be considered for this role.

Candidate with prior Ras Laffan /MIC – Maintenance experience will be highly preferred.
