• 
  Develop a competent structured team, ensuring key responsibilities and roles are clearly assigned and effectively delivered.
• Establish the organizational structure, staffing, and resources required to ensure successful contract execution.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and full commitment to Health, Safety, Environmental standards, and operational excellence.
• Set objectives for all operational units and monitor performance against agreed KPIs.
• Ensure all activities are operated and maintained efficiently according to plans and schedules to achieve optimum performance.
• Oversee the delivery of Operations & Maintenance in line with agreed standards and legal requirements, and within the approved financial limits.
• Review and manage procurement and investment processes for all assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with the operational needs.
• Initiate and oversee all measures required to ensure compliance with treatment processes and contractual performance guarantees.
• Control plant expenditures in accordance with the approved budget and the delegated limits.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by introducing and applying appropriate tools and techniques, fostering positive changes in staff behavior and operational approaches as needed.
• Work closely with the Operations, Maintenance Managers to oversee the daily activities
• Promote and continuously strengthen a robust Safety Culture and ensure compliance with contractual H&S requirements.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement and maintain the plant-specific Quality Assurance Plan.
• Ensure attainment and maintenance of ISO and other required accreditations or certifications in line with contractual obligations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the N+1.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Min 10 years of experience in project management.
• Process knowledge in water/sludge treatment field & power generation.
• Solid maintenance and operation knowledge.
• Ability to develop technical and managerial skills.
• Good knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
• Problem identification & problem-solving skills.
• Reporting & Leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
