PROJECT MANAGER

We are an ARCHITECTURAL AND INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM involved in Design Consultancy and Design & Build Projects.

We have offices in Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai & Kolkata, enabling us to handle projects in all regions.

We are hiring PROJECT MANAGER for our Chennai Project

Candidate should be a B.E. /B.Tech (Civil) with 6-8 years experience in

Interior projects of high end Commercial & Residential projects.

Will be fully responsible for overall monitoring of Projects Delivery for Quality, Scheduling & Costs.

Working on MS project is essential. Coordinating between All consultants and contractors and regular project reporting to client.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

· Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

· Technical and computer skills for scheduling and budgeting

· Ability to manage risks and deal with change

· Outstanding decision-making skills

· Calm, professional demeanor

· Keen attention to detail

Must have two wheeler/ four wheeler

Compensation in line with industry standard

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
