WE’RE HIRING: Project Manager (Fit-Out Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and quotations for fit-out projects.
• Manage project budgets and maintain effective cost control.
• Track project expenses and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Supervise daily site operations and ensure milestones are completed on time.
• Coordinate closely with engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address technical issues promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project meetings with stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Resolve project challenges quickly to prevent delays and disruptions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in contracting or construction projects, particularly in fit-out works.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or similar certification is an advantage.
