Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and final handover. The role requires strong leadership, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and strict control over scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. The Project Manager will serve as the key interface between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring all project activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

This position plays a critical role in monitoring project performance, managing risks, and providing accurate progress updates to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, develop, and control project timelines, costs, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and technical specifications.
• Review and monitor engineering documents, construction schedules, and site progress.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, forecasts, and status updates to senior management.
• Oversee procurement activities, subcontractor management, and project documentation.
• Ensure successful project completion and handover in line with client requirements and expectations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years overall experience, with at least 8 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience working as a Project Manager on EPC projects.
• Prior experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale EPC projects for reputable clients.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
