Project Manager

The ELV Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, BMS, Public Address, and other integrated security systems within the defined timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and manage ELV projects from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project timelines, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, and budget.

2. Site Management

• Supervise site engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

3. Client Coordination

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
• Handle client requirements, variations, and approvals.

4. Technical Oversight

• Review drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and civil teams.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project reports, progress reports, and MIS updates.
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, and handover documents.
• Ensure proper billing documentation and certification.

6. Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor project costs and control expenses.
• Verify vendor bills and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure profitability of the project.

7. Testing & Commissioning

• Oversee system testing and final commissioning.
• Ensure proper handover with training to client representatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in ELV project management.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Networking, Structured Cabling.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
