1. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, and execution of a new Manufacturing Line . The role will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, coordination with machine suppliers, cross-functional team alignment, and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.

1. Key Responsibilities
2. Lead the complete lifecycle of the new machine project from planning to commissioning.
3. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
5. Supervise machine installation, trial runs, and production stabilization.
6. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
7. Work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
8. Develop SOPs, process documentation, and operational guidelines.
9. Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
10. Support recruitment and training of operational teams for the new facility.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives post commissioning.
12. Required Qualifications & Experience
13. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, with 5–12 years of experience in handling greenfield or brownfield manufacturing projects with installation and commissioning of production machinery.
14. Strong project management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
