Project Manager – High-Rise BuildingProfile Summary

Project Manager with extensive experience leading high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects from pre-construction through handover. Proven ability to manage complex vertical developments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and control cost, schedule, quality, and safety. Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills with a track record of delivering tower projects on time and within budget.

Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead overall execution of high-rise building projects from mobilization to handover
  • Define project objectives, execution strategies, and resource plans
  • Manage project teams including construction, planning, QA/QC, commercial, and MEP

Planning, Cost & Risk Control

  • Oversee project schedules, milestones, and recovery programs
  • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost performance
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Administer main contract and major subcontracts (FIDIC / bespoke)
  • Review and approve variations, claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions
  • Lead negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality plans, and HSE standards
  • Monitor QA/QC systems, inspections, testing, and snag closure
  • Ensure compliance with local authority and regulatory requirements

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as main point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Chair progress, coordination, and management meetings
  • Provide regular project reports to senior management

High-Rise Building Expertise

  • Management of deep basements, piling, podium, and tower structures
  • Coordination of façade systems, MEP integration, and finishing works
  • Delivery of phased handovers and multiple completion zones
